1. Working principle:
- **Heating to melt the solder**: The tool brazing furnace heats the furnace through heating elements (such as resistance wire, induction coil, etc.) to raise the temperature above the melting temperature of the solder. Common solders include silver-based solder, copper-based solder, etc. When the solder melts, it will flow in the gap between the blade and the handle, fill the gap and form a strong connection.
- **Welding under protective atmosphere**: In order to prevent the tool from oxidizing during the welding process, protective gases such as nitrogen and argon are usually introduced into the brazing furnace. These gases can isolate the air at high temperatures and protect the tool from oxidation, thereby ensuring the quality of welding.

- **Furnace body**: It is the outer shell of the tool brazing furnace, usually made of steel plate or other high-temperature resistant materials, with good thermal insulation and mechanical strength, and can withstand high temperatures and certain pressures.
- **Heating system**: It is the core component responsible for providing the heat required for welding. Different types of tool brazing furnaces may use different heating methods, such as resistance heating, induction heating, etc. Resistance heating generates heat by passing current through a resistance wire, while induction heating uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate eddy currents inside the workpiece, thereby causing the workpiece to heat up.
- **Temperature control system**: It can accurately control the temperature in the furnace to ensure that the temperature is stable within the range required by the welding process. The temperature control system usually consists of a temperature sensor, a controller, and an actuator. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time and transmits the temperature signal to the controller. The controller controls the actuator according to the set temperature value and adjusts the heating power to achieve precise control of the temperature.
- **Atmosphere control system**: It is used to control the atmosphere in the furnace, including the type, flow rate, and pressure of the gas. The atmosphere control system usually consists of a gas source, a flow meter, a regulating valve, and a pipeline. It can accurately control the amount of protective gas introduced and discharged according to the requirements of the welding process to ensure the stability of the atmosphere in the furnace.
- **Cooling system**: After welding is completed, the tool needs to be quickly cooled to improve production efficiency and tool performance. The cooling system usually uses water cooling or air cooling to cool the tool through circulating water or air.
