Application:
Magnetron sputtering coating technology is an efficient and controllable physical vapor deposition (PVD) method, which is widely used in many industrial and scientific research fields, mainly including:

Optical thin film: used to prepare anti-reflection film, reflective film, filter, etc., used in lenses, displays (such as AR/VR coating), solar cell anti-reflection layer, etc.

Electronic semiconductor: deposit conductive layer (such as aluminum, copper) or insulating layer (such as SiO₂, Al₂O₃) in integrated circuits to manufacture thin film transistors (TFT), LED electrodes, etc.

Wear-resistant and protective coating: TiN, CrN and other hard coatings are plated on the surface of tools and molds to improve hardness and corrosion resistance and extend service life.

Decorative coating: by sputtering metals or nitrides such as gold and titanium, the color and texture of mobile phone shells, watches and other products are optimized.
