Common carbide brazing furnaces are of the following types:

1. Vacuum brazing furnace
- **Working principle**: In a vacuum environment, the furnace is heated by heating elements to melt the brazing material in a vacuum state and wet the carbide and the base material to complete the brazing process. It can effectively avoid oxidation and impurity pollution and improve welding quality.
- **Structural composition**:
- **Vacuum system**: including vacuum pumps, vacuum valves, vacuum gauges, etc., used to extract air in the furnace and maintain vacuum.
- **Heating system**: such as resistance wire heating, molybdenum belt heating, graphite heating, etc., to provide the required temperature for brazing.

2. Continuous brazing furnace
- **Working principle**: The workpiece enters the furnace continuously through the conveying device, and passes through the preheating zone, brazing zone, cooling zone, etc. in turn to achieve continuous production.
- **Structural composition**:
- **Conveying system**: Such as mesh belt conveyor, chain conveyor, etc., to ensure the smooth transportation of workpieces.
- **Heating zone**: It is composed of multiple heating units to ensure uniform temperature in the furnace.

- **Features and applications**: High production efficiency, suitable for large-scale batch production of cemented carbide parts. Commonly used for brazing of cemented carbide connectors in industries such as automobile manufacturing and electronic equipment production.

3. Box brazing furnace
- **Working principle**: Put the cemented carbide workpiece to be brazed into the box furnace, and heat and braze after closing the furnace door.
- **Structural composition**:
- **Box**: It has good thermal insulation and sealing properties, reducing heat loss and outside air entry.
- **Heating elements**: distributed around or at the bottom of the furnace to ensure uniform temperature inside the furnace.
- **Temperature control system**: accurately controls the temperature inside the furnace to ensure the accuracy of the brazing temperature.
- **Features and applications**: simple to operate, suitable for small batch and multi-variety cemented carbide brazing production. It can be used for experimental brazing or small batch production of cemented carbide in scientific research units, small processing plants, etc.
