Equipment introduction: The KJ-TX1000-H200LK3 high temperature rotary furnace consists of a heating system, a vacuum system, a control system, and a gas supply system. The high temperature rotary furnace adopts dual temperature zones with independent control heating, a multi-level program temperature control system for each zone, phase shift triggering, and thyristor control. The furnace body is a double-shell air-cooled structure, and the upper opening is convenient for cooling and heat dissipation and replacement of furnace tubes. It has a tipping function (convenient for material in and out). The furnace tube adopts 310S metal tube, which has good sealing performance and corrosion resistance. The air inlet and exhaust port are reserved at specific positions, and equipped with a mechanical pressure gauge. It has forward and reverse functions and adjustable speed. There are lifting plates inside to make the material heated evenly. The furnace body is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, high-quality silicon carbon rod heating, annular arrangement, balanced temperature field, and an air cooling system between the double-layer furnace shell.
