    Product introduction:
         The furnace is a CE-certified 1200°C three-temperature zone tilting rotary tube furnace, designed for uniform sintering of powder at high temperature; it is controlled by three independent temperature control systems separately, by adjusting each temperature zone A temperature gradient can be formed in the heating zone or a longer constant temperature zone can be formed. Each temperature control system is adjusted by PID mode, and 30 stages of temperature rise and fall programs can be set. K-type thermocouples are used for temperature measurement and control, and the temperature control accuracy can reach +/- 1°C.

    Optional configuration: The furnace can be equipped with a communication interface and software, which can directly control various parameters of the furnace through the computer, and can observe the PV and SV temperature values ​​on the furnace and the operation of the instrument from the computer.     Precautions:
    1. When the furnace temperature of the equipment is ≥200°C, it is forbidden to open the furnace to avoid injury;
    2. When the equipment is in use, the pressure in the furnace tube must not exceed 0.02MPa (absolute pressure) to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure;
    3. When the temperature of the furnace body is higher than 1000 °C, the furnace tube cannot be in a vacuum state, and the air pressure in the furnace tube must be equal to the atmospheric pressure and kept at normal pressure;
    4. When heating the sample, it is not recommended to close the exhaust valve and inlet valve at the flange end of the furnace tube. If you need to close the gas valve to heat the sample, you need to pay attention to the reading of the pressure gauge at all times. The reading of the absolute pressure gauge should not be greater than 0.02MPa. The valve at the exhaust end must be opened immediately to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out) wait).
