    Introduction:
    This rotary tube furnace is a customized model. It has an opening structure on the double-layer carbon steel shell. It is easy to pick up and place the furnace tube. It is equipped with an air cooling system. The furnace is made of high-purity Al2O3 fiber refractory insulation material, which can effectively save energy. Equipped with three material barrels, materials can be fed in and out continuously.

    features

    • The furnace body can be tilted, and the furnace tube can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. The appropriate rotation speed can be selected according to the shape, material, and temperature of the product being processed.

    • The temperature control system adopts PID method, and can set 30-segment temperature rising and cooling programs, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃.

    • With three barrels, a microprocessor-controlled stainless steel vibrating feeder and hopper allows for continuous sample processing.

    • Full touch screen human-computer interaction operating system, precise temperature control.
