Product Introduction
The KJ-M1200-Z, KJ-M1400-Z, and KJ-M1700-Z series atmosphere furnaces are high-temperature hydraulic lifting atmosphere heat treatment equipment independently developed for laboratory research, new material development, and industrial small-batch production. This series covers three temperature grades from 1200℃ to 1700℃, fully meeting low, medium and high-temperature sintering, annealing, calcination, and heat treatment requirements of metals, ceramic materials, powder metallurgy, and inorganic composite materials.
Equipped with a stable hydraulic lifting and descending material tray system, the furnace realizes automatic material feeding and discharging, effectively avoiding temperature fluctuation caused by frequent door opening and improving experimental repeatability and production consistency. The whole furnace adopts high-purity alumina ceramic fiber insulation structure with excellent thermal insulation performance, fast heating speed and low energy consumption. Supported with inert gas atmosphere protection and vacuum environment treatment, it perfectly prevents material oxidation and solves the heat treatment difficulties of easily oxidizable and high-precision samples.With high-precision PID intelligent temperature control system and multi-type professional thermocouple matching, the furnace achieves ±1℃ precise temperature control, making it ideal standard heat treatment equipment for universities, research institutes, and industrial.
