1. Preparation before the experiment

3. Sample loading

8. Sampling and shutdown
- Wear protective gloves, open the furnace tube, and carefully remove the sample container and cracking products.
- Turn off the gas supply, wait for the tube furnace to cool completely, and then turn off the power.
9. Cleaning and tidying up
- Clean up the waste and impurities generated during the experiment.
- Tidy up the experimental instruments and tools and prepare for the next experiment.
