Application of vertical tube furnace in fluidized bed field
Vertical tube furnaces have the following uses in the fluidized bed field:
1. Pretreatment of fluidized bed materials
- Preheating, drying, calcining and other pretreatment operations can be performed on the materials that are about to enter the fluidized bed for reaction or treatment, so that they can reach the initial state suitable for fluidized bed reactions.
2. Activation of fluidized bed catalysts
- Used to activate the catalysts used in the fluidized bed to improve their activity and selectivity.
3. Pyrolysis research of materials
- Study the pyrolysis process and product characteristics of materials in the fluidized bed under specific atmosphere and temperature conditions.
4. Auxiliary heating of fluidized bed reactions
- In some cases, additional, precise local heating is provided for reactions in the fluidized bed to meet special process requirements.
5. Performance testing and experimental analysis
- As an independent device, detailed composition, structure and performance analysis of samples taken from the fluidized bed is performed to evaluate the effect of the fluidized bed reaction and product quality.
6. New Materials Research and Development
- Assist in the development of new materials suitable for fluidized bed processes, optimizing the properties and preparation methods of materials through experiments in vertical tube furnaces.
