Vacuum Sealing & Connection	CF type stainless steel flanges welded to two end of tube. KF-D40 vacuum port, KF-D25 gauge port, ball valves and one meter long SS pipe are installed in one side flange for connecting to vacuum pump. 1/4NFS adapter and SS needle valve are installed in another flange for gas flow.
