    Introduction:
    The horizontal vacuum gas quenching furnace is a single-chamber cold wall internal heating structure, electric heating, with air cooling, using a number of advanced proprietary technologies, mainly used for vacuum heat treatment of high-speed steel, hot and cold die steel, stainless steel, elastic alloy, high-temperature alloy, magnetic material, titanium alloy, aerospace and industrial land-based gas turbine high-temperature parts, vacuum brazing and vacuum degassing. The furnace is suitable for both batch production of the same steel grade and single or small batch production of multiple specifications and varieties, with good economy and versatility.

    The furnace heats up quickly to a very uniform temperature under high vacuum and can cool quickly to handle the workload. The equipment has high precision, fast response, good reliability, intelligent control, strong anti-interference ability, long service life, and excellent dynamic quality; it is easy to use, operate, and maintain, and has a beautiful appearance.  Operation process and process parameters (temperature, vacuum degree, air cooling pressure, process time) automatic control, with user-callable, editable and storage process program functions, with safety self-locking protection, fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions.

    This gas-quenching vacuum furnace has a wide range of applications, its core function being to perform high-precision vacuum heat treatment on various materials in an oxygen-free and pollution-free environment. Its main applications include:

    Metallic material heat treatment: Suitable for vacuum quenching, tempering, annealing, and solution treatment of metallic materials such as high-speed steel, hot and cold work die steel, stainless steel, elastic alloys, and titanium alloys, effectively preventing surface oxidation and decarburization.

    Advanced ceramics and composite material sintering: Can be used for non-oxide ceramics such as silicon carbide (SiC), silicon nitride (Si₃N₄), and boron nitride (BN), as well as carbon-carbon (C/C) composite materials, in vacuum or protective atmospheres for pressureless sintering, reaction sintering, and densification.

    Powder metallurgy and cemented carbide manufacturing: Used for vacuum sintering of cemented carbides (such as tungsten carbide-based) and refractory metals (such as tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, and niobium), significantly improving the density, hardness, and wear resistance of the products.

    Aerospace Key Component Manufacturing: Providing high-temperature alloy heat treatment and vacuum aging treatment for key components such as aero-engine turbine blades, guide vanes, high-temperature alloy structural parts, and landing gear to meet their stringent performance requirements under extreme operating conditions.
