Introduction
This top-loading vacuum sintering furnace is designed for high-precision thermal processing under vacuum or controlled atmosphere. Its top-loading structure with a lifting door ensures safe, convenient loading/unloading, ideal for large or fragile parts. The double-layer steel shell with dual cooling fans keeps surface temperature below 60℃ for operator safety.
Powered by high-quality SIC heating elements, it reaches a max temperature of 1700℃ with excellent uniformity (±5℃) and precise PID control (±1℃). The 310S stainless steel chamber ensures stable performance under extreme vacuum and protective atmospheres. Equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, it supports 30-segment programmable profiles and full safety protections, achieving a cold-state vacuum ≤10Pa for reliable sintering and heat treatment.
