Introduction
This External Heating Bottom Lifting Vacuum Furnace combines vacuum/atmosphere control with high-temperature heating for advanced material processing. It features a bottom lifting structure for easy and safe loading and unloading. The double-layer shell with dual cooling fans ensures low surface temperature during operation. Using SIC heating rods, it reaches a max temperature of 900℃ with excellent uniformity and precise PID control. The 310S stainless steel sealed chamber ensures stable performance under vacuum and protective atmospheres. With a 10-inch touch screen and programmable control, it supports 30-segment heating/cooling programs and full safety protection. Its cold-state vacuum level reaches ≤10Pa, making it ideal for high-quality sintering and heat treatment.
